2013 - 2015 "Investigating interactive buckling in sandwich structures with functionally graded cores".
2011 - 2012 "Development of the online interactive software Push Me Pull Me".
- Funded by the Cyprus University of Technology Start-Up Fund (EUR 40 000).
- Development of analytical and numerical models to capture interactive instability phenomena in sandwich structures with different gradations.
- Validation of results with experimental testing.

- Funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering (UK) National HE STEM programme (GBP 10 800).
- Leading Academic in collaboration with the Prof. Iain McLeod ( U. of Strathclyde, UK), Lawrence Coates (U. of Birmingham, UK) and Expedition Engineering.
- Development of online tutorials for the enhancement of the intuitive understanding of Structural Analysis by Civil and Structural Engineering students.
- The Project has now finished successfully and the case study has been presented to the National HESTEM Programme website. It has also been selected for publication in the Royal Academy of Engineering publication of the National HESTEM Programme.
